Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through the embedded Emaila Digital Unified Support Desk form, the details you enter are sent to that service. These may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, country and message, depending on the fields displayed in the form.
The embedded service and website hosting may also process technical information required to deliver the website, operate the form and protect against abuse. The precise information recorded depends on the configuration of those services.
How information is used
Contact information is used to review, route and respond to your business enquiry; maintain an administrative record of the request; and prevent abuse.
Storage and security
This public website is delivered as static files and does not maintain its own contact-submission database. Contact submissions are handled separately by Emaila Digital’s Unified Support Desk at desk.emailadigital.com.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, banking credentials, payment-card details or other highly sensitive secrets through the general enquiry form.
Sharing and international coordination
An enquiry may be shared internally with the Emaila Digital country office or specialist business that is best positioned to respond. This can involve personnel in another country when the request itself is cross-border.
Embedded services and external links
The contact page loads a form from desk.emailadigital.com. Website fonts are hosted on this website. Telephone, email, WhatsApp and map links open the corresponding service when you choose them. The country suggestion service is described below.
The public website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. This does not describe the independent settings of embedded or linked services, which may have their own privacy notices.
Country suggestions and preferences
To suggest a regional website, your browser may request an approximate country from api.country.is using its public IP address. This does not request GPS or precise location. The website stores only the country code and a first-visit popup marker in session storage for up to 24 hours. The popup is shown only on the first page of a visit, not on every page. It does not store the IP address returned by the lookup. You can clear these preferences through your browser settings. There is no automatic redirect; country detection may be inaccurate, for example when using a VPN.
Retention and correction
Business enquiries may be retained for operational, service and record-keeping purposes. You may contact us to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Privacy contact
For privacy-related questions, email ask@emailadigital.com and include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry.
